Helite has developed an airbag that meets the requirements of pilots and extreme off-road conditions.

• This airbag is made to be worn under the pilot's jacket.
• It has been designed with 2 cartridges that allow double firing, giving the pilot the possibility of not having to change the cartridge after the first inflation.
• Developed and approved for Off Road use.
• Protects vital areas (back, neck, thorax and abdomen):
  
  • Kenny Mission EN 1621-3 level 2.
  • SAS TEC level 2 elbows and shoulders.
  • Turtle Technology (back SAS TEC level 1).

• Ergonomic design : a technical and breathable ultra resistant and elastic fabric that will adapt perfectly to the riders morphology.

• The addition of a second cartridge allows weight distribution.
• Electronic system: it has a remote button to turn the system on and off, check the battery charge level and also check the airbag operating status.
• This Off Road product has an autonomy of 25 hours.
• Reusable : like the entire Helite product catalogue.
• Innovative thanks to its double release system. After the first inflation, the left cartridge is activated first, the vest deflates automatically and the electronic system switches to the full cartridge. The pilot is then ready to go again without wasting time (it activates automatically with a 3 minute delay between two activations).
• Unisex : for women and men.
• OFF ROAD detection mode specially developed for the Dakar. It allows to follow as well as possible the rider's movements in real time, to analyze the situation and to detect the fall as soon as possible to activate the airbag inflation.
• This product offers two different modes:
  • Rally/Enduro mode: the airbag is activated from 20km/h to detect most falls.
  • Adventure/Trail mode : the airbag is activated from 18 km/h and is more sensitive to rapid movements and to movements and shocks.
• Protection volume: provides 14L of protection volume for maximum shock absorption and coverage of vital areas and inflates quickly (in 80 ms).
• CE certified by ALIENOR, notified body n° 2754 according to protocol AMC-012 : 02/2020 and standard NF EN17092-6 : 2020. Complies with the requirements of EU regulation 2016/425.
