WHAT SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT THE COVID-19 OPERATIVE
Are Online orders shipped normally?
Our warehouse continues operational. While the transport companies continue operative and do not cease their activity, you will continue to receive your order normally. That is our primary aim.
Take into consideration that due to the restrictions of the transport companies, in accordance to safty concers, we have temporarily suspended the Cash on delivery (COD) payment option.
If I want to cancel an order, when will I receive the payment of the amount?
Let us know by email, and we will proceed to manage it as soon as possible. We can attend you normally either by mail or telephone.
What happens if I have a pending order to pick up in a physical store?
Don't worry, contact us via email with the details of your order so that we can locate it and send it to your home at no cost.
What if I have an item in repair or warranty process?
You can contact our Customer Service via email and we will indicate the status of your item and the solutions available to send it to you as soon as possible.
I need to modify a document or invoice, what can I do?
You can contact us through the different ways available on our website and our administration team will solve it as soon as possible.
If I want to return an item and during this period the term expires, how can I do it?
For us, the customer is more important. For this reason and during the period of the Alarm Status, some of our purchase conditions will not be effective, and we will be as favorable as possible to facilitate any type of action to our customers. We will allow changes and returns without taking account of this period.
How long will the physical store remain closed?
The store will remain closed for the period that the Government requests.
