The customer implicitly accepts the following conditions of sale by placing an order:

 

Prices

In Euros/GBP/USD and per unit.

Prices will be those shown in the current price schedule upon acceptance of the order.

Prices may be amended without notice, nevertheless, commitments to customers will be respected upon purchase.

*Discount codes cannot be combined with special offers such as Sales, Closeouts, Black Friday...

 

Best Price Guarantee

At GreenlandMX we care about our customers and that's why we always try to offer you the best service and the best price available on the market.
Now, if you find the same product in another online store at a lower price, GreenlandMX will try to improve the price or match it whenever possible so that you can continue to benefit from the advantages and guarantees of making all your purchases in our online store.

To make use of this service, you will only have to inform us where you have seen the product at a cheaper price, at what price, and provide us with your data so that we can process your request as soon as possible.

If you want to request this service, look for the product you want to buy in our online store. Next to the price you will find the phrase "Have you seen it cheaper?", click on it to activate the form and enter all necessary information and send your request. Our customer service team will check that the information provided is correct and will call you as soon as possible to indicate the minimum price we can offer you and help you finalise your purchase. Personal and immediate attention, without any codes or waiting.

Please note that this service is available only to users with a GreenlandMX account, and that the product must match the make, model, size, or dimensions and colour. Only applications from authorized distributors and the European Union will be accepted, so products offered on platforms such as Amazon, eBay or similar will not be taken into account. Applications will also not be accepted if the product is not available or not in stock in the other online store, or if the product in question is part of a promotional offer in the competitor's store.

Orders

There is no minimum amount of purchase.

 

Taxes

Borne by the purchaser V.A.T 20% is included in all prices.

If you live outside of the European Union any VAT included in your order total will be removed once you login.

 

Packaging

To avoid any shipping damage, all the orders will be accurately packaged.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective goods, the customer must notify us of transport damage or incomplete goods within 24 hours of receipt of the order.

Order modification or cancellation

No modifications or cancellations to orders will be accepted once they have been processed in our warehouse.

Returns

Private customers will have a period of 30 calendar days (from the date of the recieving day) to notify their desire to withdrae one or more products from theis order. Instead the 14 calendar days demanded by the law.

All goods being returned must be undamaged and in resalable condition in the original packaging.

All the goods have to be returned within a period of 30 days calendar days following the acceptance date; otherwise, it will be refused abd returned and all the postage and import costs for returning the good will be borne by the customer.

Following an accurate examination of the goods, we will proceed to the reimbursement in a maximum delay of 30 days. We do not refund shipment expenses.

In case of receipt of damaged or defective goods, the customer must notify us of transport damage or incomplete goods within 24 hours of receipt of the order.

The customer must organise the return shipment and cover transport and import costs.

Warranty

The General Law for the Defence of Users and Consumers (TRLGDCU) establish a minimum two-year guarantee for the sale of all consumer goods regardless of the guarantee offered by the manufacturer. During that period of time, the consumer might approach both seller and manufacturer. Both consumers and users have the right to get the product repaired or replaced, a price reduction or the termination of the contract. Warranty only applies to products used under the normal conditions specified by the manufaturer.

GreenlandMX has no obligation to compensate the user or a third part for the consequences of the use of the product, for direct or indirect damage, accidents, loss of profit or gain loss, damage coming from a deterioration or loss of stored data.

 

Insurance

All goods are covered by  an insurance against civil liability.

 

Ownership of the Goods

GreenlandMX reserves the right for the ownership of the goods. Until the buyer has not paid in full the amount due for the supplied goods, these will be held by him as the company's bail.

 

Limitation of Liability

GreenlandMX is not liable for any damages related to your use of or inability to use the webpage. We use our best efforts to provide accurate information, but do not guarantee it, and make no representations regarding the use or results of any materials in thes site in terms of their accuracy, reliability or any other matter. We recommend to visit the approrpiate manufacture's webpage.

The current prices, features and availability of the goods may change without prior notice.

 

Law and Jurisdiction

The General Conditions expressed in this document are governed by Spanish law.
